Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original P448 shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
